Inveneo Certified ICT Partner Program

In each country we work in, we are developing an ecosystem of ICT companies that provide skilled and cost-effective installation and support services for organizations in need of life-impacting ICTs. These Inveneo Certified ICT Partners (ICIPs) are scaling the impact of Inveneo by expanding ICT access and capacity into rural and underserved areas, building their businesses and increasing revenues at the same time.

  • For prospective clients, ICIPs offer local ICT installation and maintenance services supported by Inveneo's cutting edge research and development into appropriate ICT systems. ICIP clients have experienced dramatic increases in productivity and reliability - Inveneo systems helped Fanstuam turn a loss into a profit in Nigeria.

  • For prospective ICIPs, Inveneo offers access to Silicon Valley-inspired training and support, and the specialized tools and equipment to expand into rural and underserved areas. ICIPs in East Africa have seen up to US$2,000 per month in increased sales directly related to rural ICT projects. If your company is interested in becoming an ICIP, then see if you qualify.

By benefiting both clients and ICT companies, the Inveneo Certified ICT Program is meeting the challenge: expanding rural ICT access in developing countries (.pdf 224k).

The ICIP Difference for Clients

Through Inveneo Certified ICT Partners, client organizations serving rural and remote communities benefit from lower total costs, improved support, and access to ICTs that increase their capacity to serve.

Contracting an ICIP to design and install ICT solutions reduces average system installation and support costs by as much as 70 to 80 percent and overall project costs by as much as 60 percent, through a combination of lower local-labor fees and the elimination of Inveneo travel costs from the US. Local support also decreases service response times and improves overall service levels, thus lowering overall project risks for clients.

If you are interested in accessing the tools of ICT in your organization's work, please contact Inveneo Certified ICT Partners (ICIPs) here.

The ICIP difference for ICT Companies

An Inveneo ICT Partner (an "ICIP") is a leading ICT firm that shows great potential to reach a whole new market: rural and underserved areas in the developing world - mainly in Africa. We train and support ICIPs to deliver rapid results on the ground for both ICIPs and clients. These clients can be recruited directly by ICIPs, referred to ICIPs through Inveneo's network of international clients, and contact ICIPs directly via the Inveneo website.

ICIP partners like Linux Solutions (.pdf 174k) have seen up to $2,000 a month in increased revenue through new clients excited about accessing Inveneo's ICT tools.

ICIPs go through a rigorous recruiting and selection mechanism, an intense training on rural ICT solutions that will consist of both classroom and hands-on field instruction, a robust certification processes, and ongoing partner-support and management systems. We will also provide level 3 support as needed.

Once trained and certified, Inveneo provides ongoing technical and business support to help ICIPs win rural ICT projects and provide access to the right types of technologies for these projects. ICIPs also have access to a growing community of rural ICT practitioners to share expertise and opportunities.
